THE ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY OUR AI ENGINE ARE ALGORITHMIC APPROXIMATIONS AND ARE NOT ACTUAL INSURANCE QUOTES, OFFERS, OR BINDING RATE GUARANTEES.

5. Any interruption or cessation of service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SYGMA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
